Return
- You can return or exchange unused shoes for shoes of a different size or model within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- In Lithuania, returns are free of charge using Omniva parcel machines. To return/exchange, click HERE.
- When purchasing from foreign countries, you can return with DPD/DHL Hcourier service, a return label will be provided in the shoe box upon the delivery.

- We can also make individual adjustments to shoes according to individual wishes. So, if you like the shoes, but they don't fit perfectly - contact us and we will find a solution together!
- Size changes are made on an urgent basis , so you won't have to wait for the usual production deadline again;
-If the shoes are returned without exchange, the money will be refunded within 14 days.
- If the Buyer paid for the item with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) will be refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the order has been customized, for example, by adjusting the foot, changing the color to the customer's desired color, or created according to a custom order, the goods cannot be returned. (Any change at the customer's request that changes the appearance, construction, design or dimensions of the shoes from the original product visible on the website is considered a custom order)

Our family history
WE MAKE SHOES SINCE
1996
In 1995, Žanas promised Jurgita at their wedding that one day they would have a shoe factory. It all started in a small shoe repair stall in 1996, with a big dream and hands that learned, made mistakes, and grew with each shoe.
Presentation of the first collection
2008
A bold and creative shoemaker, who did not like to be called just a designer, presents his first author's collection. He invites not only all the representatives of the fashion world to its presentation, but also the then president Valdas Adamkus himself. In the same year, for believing in his idea, he was awarded the "Light of the Year" award by Lithuanian National Television, and was recognized as the best debutant of the year in the fashion world of Lithuania.
Second generation of Mas Laus
2017
Žanas's dream came true, that one day his son Benas and his then-future wife Gintare would take over the business he had started. Žanas passed on all his creative and modeling knowledge to Gintare, who became the designer of Mas Laus, and his production and management knowledge to Benas, who became the head of production and the entire company.
First store
2018
When Benas and Gintarė joined the business, the dream of opening the first Mas Laus shoe store was reborn in the Maslauskas family. After more than a year of hard work, increasing production capacity, and negotiating with a shopping center, our first store opened its doors on December 22, 2018.
Farewell to Žanas
2019
After a long and difficult fight against illness, Lithuania said goodbye to this shoemaker, who was only 44 years old, on August 30, 2019, and his family continues to actively continue the work he started - just as he taught them.
wedding
2020
Benas and Gintarė Maslauskas get married in Palanga. The second generation of the Maslauskas family's creativity and handmade shoemaking.
International recognition
2023
Mas Laus becomes an international brand, shipping across Europe, the USA, the UK and Australia. Mas Laus also becomes the first footwear brand from the Baltics to be recognized by Zalando, and the first product shipments reach their warehouses.
Celebrating our 30th birthday

Žanas and Jurgita believed in their idea even when it felt impossible.
This year, we celebrate 30 years.
Over time, trends have changed. The world has sped up. Fashion has come and gone.
But the things that matter most have stayed the same - a deep love for the craft and genuine care for every single pair that becomes part of your everyday life.
As the second generation of Mas Laus, we feel both a great responsibility and a profound joy in continuing our family’s dream.
