If shipping is from a different country than Lithuania, expenses must be covered by the client.

Once 30 days have passed since delivery, we won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all labels and tags still attached. Products that are missing labels, have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or soiled may be declined and returned to you at your expense. Please make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery takes from 5 to 20 business days. We are a proud member of slow fashion movement. Zero waste policy is very important to us, so every item is handcrafted after order.

Can i return an item if i don't like it?

Yes, returns are free and easy. You can return free of charge through DHL within 30 days of their delivery. In order to return the product, you should contact us at hello@maslaus.com

It is also possible to change the shoes to another size or model for free. In the event that you decide to exchange and we do not have the required shoes in stock, they are made on an urgent basis and delivered within a few days. Our team will tell you the exact deadline in each specific case.

Are all your shoes made from leather?

Yes, our shoes are made only from genuine leather. And in the production process, we use only the highest quality shoe components with certificates of sustainability and impact on nature.

I like the design, but can I change the colors of the shoes?

Yes, you can change the colors and leather patterns of all our shoes. If you want to do this, send us a message at hello@maslaus.com and our team will help you create your own unique shoes!

I have a wide/narrow foot, how do I know if the shoes will fit?
